Before Your Visit
Please take a moment to complete your online intake forms prior to your appointment.
You’re welcome to bring or forward any relevant blood work or lab results for review.
For convenience, you may take a photo of any current supplements or medications you are taking.
To prepare for your treatment, please eat normally during the day and avoid a heavy meal or caffeine 1–2 hours before your session.

Please enter through the front door of the grey building on the left.
Arrival
There is no waiting area, so I kindly ask that you arrive at your scheduled time to allow for a smooth transition between clients.
Parking
Free parking is available on the north side of the street.
Cold & Flu Guidelines
Masks remain optional. If you’ve experienced cold or flu symptoms within the past 5 days, I encourage wearing a mask or reaching out if you have any concerns.
If you prefer masks to be worn during your session, I’m happy to accommodate—your comfort is always a priority.
Cancellation Policy
Please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee:
• Same-day cancellation: full treatment fee
• Less than 24 hours notice: $50
Payment
Cash, e-transfer, Visa, and Mastercard are accepted.
